As early as possible. We take a limited number of events per month, and prime dates go fast.

Do you provide balloons, backdrops, and table styling?

Yes — we offer balloon installations, backdrops/focal points, and luxury table styling (linens, chair covers, sashes, upgraded settings, centerpieces).

Do you provide statement pieces like throne chairs and marquee letters?

Yes. We offer throne chairs, marquee letters/numbers, and other statement pieces depending on availability.

Do you offer custom signage/prints?

Yes — custom welcome signs, posters, banners, and event signage can be included as add-ons or within select packages.

What is your cancellation policy? What happens if I need to reschedule?

Deposits are typically non-refundable because your date is reserved and inventory/time is secured. (If you want, I’ll write the exact policy wording you want.Reschedules are based on availability. If your new date is available, we’ll transfer your booking.

How do payments work?

We collect a deposit to lock in your date, and the remaining balance is due by the agreed deadline before the event
